Our Five Step Process

Here is the five step process we take each of our clients through.

Step 1: Discovery Call

Our discovery call gives you a chance to let us know what is important to you. We will share with you how we can help. On this call, we each determine if we are a good fit for each other.

Step 2: Proposal

Once we have a clear picture of how you would like to improve the enrollment process for your employees, we will provide you with a specific proposal.

Step 3: Implementation

The implementation call is scheduled after you have decided to move forward using our services. During implementation we will gather the information we need and finalize the service you have requested.

Step 4: Delivery

In the delivery phase, we review the final service implementation and deliver the product or service you have chosen.

Step 5: Regular Followup

Post delivery, we establish a regular system of followup that makes sense. During followup, we will make sure that everything is going smoothly and make adjustments if needed.
